We found a nasty, HUGE wolf spider in the middle of our apt. in ABQ. I almost stepped on it in the dark, and we found it right after Earl and I had been laying on the floor watching TV. Nope, didn't sleep much that night...

Okay, I feel so bad for you. I know how much you love spiders and to have that little treat waiting, ahhhhhh. Where was it?

Preston found a black widow spider in the dining room at my dad's house the other day. YUCK! Tarantulas are just so much bigger...and hairier...and yuckier!

Spiders are evil!

They haunt me in my sleep. Seriously I'll wake up a couple times in the night thinking spiders are crawling on me.

Evil pure evil.

I found a tarantula here in Prescott in our rental house. Dave was gone, of course, so I found my own way of "disposing" of said yucky spider. Since then I have gotten nothing but GRIEF when people find out I killed a tarantula. Apparently they are considered very docile and sweet. Um ok.
