nannie and poppie brought each of the kids these sleep masks when they came back from their last trip. lately when we go in to check on the kids before we go to bed, this is how we find andrew.

Bubba lost his first tooth.....

and he couldn't be happier about it. he was so excited to go to school, and so excited for the tooth fairy to come. he was a little nervous about letting me pull it out. i gave a good tug and got it on the first try. he didn't even know it, he said, "nope, ya missed", until he saw the blood. next came a few tears. not cause it hurt, but because he saw blood. his other tooth is loose (barely) and he is so excited for the tooth fairy to come again. isn't he handsome, even with a missing tooth!? i just love this kid, he totally cracks me up.

slumber party!

over the christmas break, jeff built the kids a fort to sleep in and a slide. they had a lot of fun for a few days with it, until mom couldn't handle the mess any more. will especially loved the slide. he was sad when he didn't get to sleep with the other two., after all it was his bed under all of that mess.

midnight sledding

ok, so it wasn't midnight, it was 11:30. but seriously! jeff got home from work at 10:30, and it had been snowing all day. the hill to our house was covered in snow, and jeff has been wanting to sled down it for the past 3 years. just waiting for that perfect opportunity. i was all ready for bed and not going to go. then he convinced me to take his picture. i figured if i was going to go take a picture i might as well go sledding! it was lots of fun.

will christmas morning

will got a car from santa. he is giving his new elmo from jo-jo a ride. opening his stocking with daddy.

i just had to post this picture because jeff kept doing this in almost every picture. you will see him later in kaylee and andrew post. i think he had more fun than the kids christmas morning.

andrew christmas morning

santa brought andrew a new spider man hat in his stocking. the cool hot wheel track santa brought. it was pretty awesome, and entertained the whole family trying to get cars to jump over stuff.

andrew got a batman cave from santa. his little brother has tried to take it over several times. it was quite the hit. for some strange reason that we haven't figured out will calls batman mike. "where's mike" he keeps saying.

kaylee christmas morning

santa gave her a new hat and gloves in her stocking. so cute! santa has excellent taste. this was a total surprise to kaylee. she had no idea santa would bring her an american girl doll. this one is kit.

this was another great surprise from santa. it was a collection of all of samantha ( an american girl doll) stories in one book, and it came with a miniature samantha doll.
