what a fun easter this year! we got to color eggs, go on an easter egg hunt with the smith cousins from abq, got new pj's from the easter bunny, and new outfits for sunday!

we colored our easter eggs this morning. it was fun, but messy. the kids are anxious for the easter bunny to come. he actually comes to our house tonight, (so that we can focus on the true meaning of easter on sunday. ) it also makes it easier to get ready for church.

St. Patty's Day

this is the first year i have actually celebrated st. patrick's day. we all dressed in green so we wouldn't get pinched. we had green jello, green applesauce, green beans, and shamrock shaped grilled cheese sandwiches, and green rice crispy treats. the kids loved it, so i think it will become tradition. we're not irish, but it was fun!

kaylee decided she loved skiing, even though she had basicially made up her mind before they went that she wasn't going to. She was the last one to want to leave.

Trash Digger

This is my little trash digger. I ate a pudding and then I put it in the trash. Will made the delicious discovery and as you can see, he licked it clean. Now I just need to search the house to see where else he may have gotten it.

house, (basically the girl loves to read)

andrew-hot chocolate
kaylee-her lip glosses

andrew- batman (i said what batman song, we don't know any batman songs. i asked him to
sing it for me. he said he couldn't, but insisted it was his most favorite ever.)after a
few minutes of trying to tell him other songs that could possibly be his favorite, i
gave in and put batman.
kaylee- any hannah montana song, scripture power
8. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
andrew-to the hotel
kaylee- to china (to see the great wall of china)

Well we finally jumped on the band-wagon. I have enjoyed looking at my friends and family blogs so much, that why not do my own. No guarantees as to how often I will keep it up, it seems life is already busy. But it will still be fun anyway. Maybe it will be motivation to take pictures more often, and maybe write down some of the funny things in our lives.

Kaylee (8) playing baketball this year. She improved so much, and is showing promise of becoming a great player. She's got her dad's long skinny arms, which are great for defense.

Andrew (4) playing with his knights' castle. He is such a character, never a normal smile in any of his pictures.
